MM - Birds

I thought it very apt when this Magpie flew down this morning, he's not exactly black and white but he's close enough.  I don't like the fact that they rob songbirds nest's of eggs and chicks but we can't change nature and in all other respects the Magpie is a bird I can give a grudging respect to.  I kept a close eye on the feet of various small birds I saw this morning and I'm pleased to say that I didn't seen any with disease so at least the problem  doesn't seem to be wide spread.
