The old man of the canal

Babeth made this old man several years ago.  He pops up around town and the last time I saw him he was sitting outside a café.  His new place is at a window of Maité's outhouse, overlooking the canal and across the field towards the river and the hills.  I'd put down my luggage here if I were him.
