Ohori Park, Fukuouka

Visited S in Fukuouka for the first time in five months. It was good to see some more of the city, including the 'largest seated wooden buddha in Japan' which is a rather specific title to hold but still very impressive. We wandered through the pond in Ohori park whilst the air got chilly and kids shrieked as they fed terns and koi carp. Dinner was delicious falafel at a Sudanese restaurant, although S got a little crotchety when we couldn't find it....
