Atelier Dumont, Mauritius

We lunched today Atelier Dumont, set in the middle of business park with office blocks for bankers and accountants on all sides. So its not very auspicious when you arrive, but the restaurant itself is well laid-out and open, and it has a fountain in front, so you can easily suspend disbelief as to where you are. And the food is really good, with a well-designed and interesting menu of starters, fish and meat. Well cooked, well prepared and well presented (just look at my plate of scallops), with good service, nice wine, and good coffee. Highly recommended.
