This is what happens .....

...when you play squash against me.

About a month ago I was playing squash against a good friend of mine when he suddenly fell to the floor in agony (I was nowhere near him m'lord). I had to help him back to work and bandage him up so he could get home.

A month later and he has returned to work with this support on his ankle which he has to keep on for at least another 5-6 weeks.

Bang goes that walking holiday in the Lake district in two weeks time (I'm still going - hurrah!)
