40 years of marriage

On the 12th April 1969, my parents got married at St Peter and St Paul Church in Godalming. Today, they celebrate their Ruby wedding anniversary!

Although I'm sure that they have celebrated many of their anniversaries in many different ways, I've actually only just worked out that their 3rd one must have been extra special. As it was 3 years, 8 months, 4 weeks and 2 days after their wedding that I arrived!
