Lift Off

We were just a few steps from the beach and up in time to watch the sun coming up. The water was warm and the sand like sugar. This was our favorite place yet. Bunker accidentally stepped into the ocean (extra) and surprised himself.

I went back for my long lens and a bit of time to myself. The pelicans were fishing and teaching a paddle boarder how to get up (second extra). What a wonderful, relaxed morning. This is on our list of places to go for more than a day.

I am grateful for some alone time with the camera. I do miss it.
