Reflecting ducks

After more hours of home improvement planning, we eventually got out this afternoon for a relatively brief stroll round the park.  I saw these two ducks sitting on the fallen tree, and rather liked the shape created with the reflection.

I was unsure how to process it - revealing the detail on the ducks plumage, or as a semi silhouette which, perhaps, brings out the pattern better.
