Petal detail

Today started fairly grey but gradually got better with the sun making an appearance.  I did a little pilates, a token gesture really I seem to have got out of the habit and then caught up on some computer stuff.  I did pop down to the shops after lunch and took a quick walk along the beach.  It was lovely the sun was out and the water was very calm and blue.  Someone was swimming and several people were just sat on the beach watching the sea.
