Lockdown 3: Day 71

A lovely sunny day but the Fiesta was booked for an MOT test in Kendal. I needed to buy birthday cards and pyjamas so volunteered to take it.  After I’d purchased these at Sainsbury’s* I crossed the road to the other shops and spotted the Covid snake outside Morrisons. I’d taken lots of photos of the painted pebbles when someone else came over to admire it and I’ve chosen that shot as the main photo. 

* It does seem crazy that under lockdown rules I’m allowed to browse and buy PJ's at a supermarket but not at M&S.  I forgot to put my face mask on when entering the store. It was a few minutes before I realised. There was no member of staff supervising the entrance and no one else said anything.
