An Anniversary

Today marks the anniversary of our beginning social isolation due to the Covid-19 pandemic. At first my attitude was quite positive, confident that I could endure the expected 'few weeks' of relative discomfort.

Who knew it would last over a year, with just a few weeks off in the autumn? We look forward to greater freedom as lockdown begins to ease.

I celebrated the day with a visit to the dentist (at 2.30, naturally) to have a large filling replaced and recording for our Good Friday service..
