Heavily laden.

After some grass cutting I spent a large part of the day weeding and tidying the peony beds leading to the front door over which wild honey bees have been living for the last few years. 

It was a warm day today and they were very active. Pictured is one which landed close to where I was working, maybe she was so heavily laden she needed a rest before the final ascent?

Another day when I could do a bit in my garden after work so it is now much more presentable. Ready for the species tulips I put in to burst forth.
