Facilitated my first ever online hypnobirthing class , had Hubs the techno expert on hand, but only needed him once . It went well but took longer than in person and doesn’t translate quite as well , but it’s good enough during restrictions . I’ve avoided the zoom thing as much as poss and have only participated in others meetings, this was a completely different animal. It will get easier . It will get easier .... I shall use it as a positive affirmation .
