Oh such a flop!

It was meant to be no bake blueberry cheesecake, it looks ok but the middle bit (ricotta plus double cream and vege jelly) didn't set as I wanted it to set :( 
I still liked what I created even tho we might not eat it at all ...
I hope next time it will be perfect.

What a morning, still managed to bake a bread for Gaya, photograph it all and go for over two hours walk in Richmond Park with my friend.
