The season begins...

..clearing around the pond area and reacquainting ourselves with the fish who are making their way up from the depths (4 foot) of the pond and I'm pleased to report there have been no casualties over the winter. The hoops around the perimeter are there to stop litle children falling in and to ward off the herons. So far it's worked on both counts.
It's been a blissful day here, wall to wall sunshine and warmer temperatures. Hope it's good wherever you are.
