Joining

This is the tricky part. My latest blanket project is called Magic Circles. There are 25 of 4 colour way large circles, ( one shown) , and 25 of 4 colour way small circles , one of each shown. So I made all of those over the last few weeks, and today sat down to begin assembling... gosh it’s tricky!!!
However I think I’ve cracked it. You make a cross grid ( the dark wool) around each of the small circles and then join in a lattice with a hole in the middle. Then you join the large circle in. Finally each one has “ surface crochet” to cover the join. I think I’ve cracked it. Now I make another one as above and then join the two etc.....

You really all wanted to know this didn’t you??? :-)
