a whatsapp video call with mam this morning.....she was looking so good....a bit like her old self....so i took her picture...she even responded to me....it made me so happy.....

later i happened to look outside and saw a buzzard soaring.....i could follow it a long time....

i went for a walk, it’s better with the voltarol and paracetamol......

and both my kids booked their vaccine appointments .,.,hurray...
