Wide Wednesday

A chilly morning first thing. A tough interval class this morning. After a bit of paperwork and lunch I did a run (in the car) over to Westward Ho! Tide was well out, and there were a few people out walking on the beach. I resisted the temptation of a Hockings ice cream ;-)
