Exercise

Drove up onto cliff above town again.
Played ball with Gyp on an area of vines, with the usual terracing dry stone walls and concrete drainage courses. I could see tiny green leaves appearing on some of the black pruned vines

Unfortunately my lack of mobility meant I couldn’t safely leave the top stone wall where I sat and threw the ball. This had Gyp running up and down the steep slope and I started wondering if this was too much for her? She’s almost 10 years old.

It was warm and sunny but the wind was up to 100 kms per hour. Hard to stand steady on the cliff top.Gyp eventually flopped in grass next to my perch.
