Wednesday: Seed Potatoes
Another nice day, cloudy at times but stayed dry all day and enabled me to spend a couple of hours outdoors.
Seed potatoes arrived very early this morning, Pentland Javelin and Desiree. They'll stay in the garage for a couple of weeks then I'll plant them in sacks from Easter onwards.
Todays's gardening jobs - potting on my tomato seedlings, 19 of the biggest ones now in pots the remainder in their little seed try. Phoned the council offices to pay for Green Garden Waste bin emptying, happy to do this for all the material which I can't compost or use in the garden.
MrD on deliveries all day, even had lunch on the road.
Washing also dried outdoors.
This evening a few insects flying around at dusk - maybe time for the bats to wake up and start flying around again?!
Stay safe & healthy and happy everyone and warm and cosy :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
