There's one thing that shower of wasters is good at: wasting public funds. 
Aren't they the ones who spent 60 million on a shaggin' library? 
I mean, who reads books these days?! 

For St Patrick's Day this year, they came up with a real gem of an idea... They painted the pier in gold!!! Even King Salman of Saudi Arabia would find this tacky and over the top. But not DLRCOCO, oh no. Gold it is. They'll just crank up the parking meter charges. Again.
