Another gloomy day, and not a very productive one. Roger had a lunchtime Zoom chat with a number of his ex colleagues. Pre-Covid, they would meet together for lunch about once a month, but since last April they’ve been meeting via Zoom, and a little less regularly. They’ve decided in May they will revert to in person - the numbers are continuing to drop, the weather will be warm enough for eating outside, and by then everyone should have their two doses of vaccine - I think Roger was one of the few to have had both shots, most of the others have only had one. We’d been hoping the weather may improve by the afternoon, unfortunately it didn’t, but we went walking anyway at Sharon Woods. There wasn’t much bird life to be seen, so it came down to a turtle or the mallards, and they won out
