Flowering currant

Mr M has bought himself a new (second hand) camera and so I was trying it out, not very successfully. What a fabulous day, not just warm - hot! More garden tidying. Our pond is full of leaves which I am trying to remove, but also full of newts, which I am trying to save.
In the evening we went a walk along the railway track, lovely to see the bats out.
