Abstract Thursday...Repetition

I spent far too long early this morning (up at 6.30) editing an image for today's challenge, of a beautiful tree I photographed Monday when the sky was blue... thanks to Ingeborg for hosting :)
I don't need a walk today, an hour plus of exercise this morning and L worked us hard, we finished the class with some ballet arm positions...I don't think I  will be performing anywhere just yet!!
Dinner last night was truly delicious, the flavours really were so good, what a difference a few herbs and spices can make to a meal....
