The Castle
Day 359 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic. First UK Vaccine 101 days ago. England in lockdown. Wales partial lockdown.
A lovely sunny day with temperature of 15C, I did a bit of fencing work before heading out to buy some wood stain as Mrs BB changed her mind after I'd applied another colour! On the way home I stopped off at The Castle (1087AD+) Abergavenny to get an aerial of it with the town, and Skirrid and Sugar Loaf mountains behind. Just behind the castle is the green roof of the Indoor Market. The castle is now a museum and a lovely cafe with outdoor space to enjoy.
I ended up chatting to a male in his mid 20's that had a Minolta X700 with 28MM lens film camera with him and a load more cameras at home. Good to see people keeping this noble art alive!
