My daughter and I went to the osteopath today. He is very good at sorting out muscular problems. My daughter has inflamed Achilles and I have very tight calves causing foot pain. Either way we have stopped out long walks. It’s been raining on and off yet again and it’s cool weather. I can’t wait for warmer days. It climbed up to 9c feels like 7c today.
