That’s the back of the lido (not an actual lido anymore, mainly a cafe and amusements), the carpark most of the town want to be knocked down but i quite like it and the top of Marks and Spencer

A very lovely half hour this evening for Will’s parents evening. First off, I LOVE remote parents evening. No two hours traipsing round the school and queuing at every turn. And they all said such consistent lovely things about our boy. He is lovely to have in class, he could speak a bit more, he works hard, he did fuck all during lockdown and with a bit of effort he will get all the top gcse grades (in two years, who knows what will happen between now and then). It was lovely to hear and even nicer to see how chuffed he was with it. Quietly chuffed obvs.
