Copy of an Italian fountain.

For European viewers, this one is a hoot. It is a copy of the fountain of Neptune in Bologna (see original image on internet search), which is one of several lactating fountains in Italy, recreated here by another sculptor in a rough copy, in the middle of a Southern California parking square and shopping area!
