beautiful bougainvillea

It is so lovely to see this bougainvillea still growing well at our home. It was planted in 2013, a few months after we moved in. We enlisted the help of Ann Hall, a good friend who specialized in landscape design with an expertise in "Florida friendly" plants. Sadly, Ann passed away in 2019, but her blipfoto journal is still here. Some of you may remember her.

This bougainvillea started out very small. I love it's orange-pink-red flowers! I have added more bougainvillea to climb up the arch as time passed. It is a delight when blooming, especially!
