The Kook and the Miner

I had a really light day, teaching-wise, today. Lots of time for planning and preparation. A rare gem of a day.

After work, I was restless. I ended up taking myself off to Spavin Drive Lake and did a spot of bird photography with SR's 100-400mm lens. It was so peaceful, and exactly what I needed.

Little Miss has tonsillitis. She's on antibiotics for a little while.
