Skips
Just a 'normal' day in lockdown, and very dull after yesterday's excitement.
Late afternoon, a bit too late really as the light was already starting to fade, I joined MrM on a walk up to the Common. Worth it for the bird song - dozens of little birds chirruping, and several thrushes perched on the tops of trees singing their hearts out.
There are always skips - not always the same ones - parked on the corner on the way up the hill to the Common. Rusty and colourful, I like the way these contrast with the muted colours of the landscape and sky.
