Retrieving and carrying stuff

Nelly has taken to a new hobby. She loves to retrieve and carry different things. We have been practicing and sometimes she brings back the dummy and other times something else is more important sns she just drops it or leaves it.
Then very surprisingly this morning on the way back from the lake she urged me to give her the dummy and she then carried it all the way home. That was the first time that she carried it for such a long time and it made me very proud.
