Had to give in and get some new shoes my last pair where the last ones Keith brought me.

Was abit reluctant to throw them away but if i did not get new ones they would of jump in the bin them self

Saw some of my book club friends today on the seafront so had a catch up with them and we had face time with Keith his be was mended this week.
