Shimmering filigree

An iconic feature on Southsea seafront is the bandstand - only big enough for a banjo player or two but it’s the place for music in the summer and bands play outside the stand ... seeing it shimmering in the sun today made me hopeful that perhaps this year a band or two will play there. But for now it looked at its best - like a hat on top of the sea
