Further than my usual beat

Took myself in the car down to Gipsy Brae to see the sea, if you’ll pardon the pun. Wandered along the promenade to Cramond and the causeway to Cramond Island. I would have had time to get over to the island and back comfortably but walked out to where I took this image looking back towards Silverknowes Golf Course (behind the trees) and turned back this time as I was getting hungry and Cramond Island and the causeway will be be there next month and even the month after that. The photo looks like it might be chilly but was, in fact, perfect walking weather.
