Stormy weather

Better in large on black ... Possibly misleading, as we haven't had a spot of rain since I took this photo a couple of hours ago. In fact the sun was shining brightly, but these clouds made a dramatic backdrop for my favourite pylon. More photos by clicking right from here.

In Covid news: yesterday the government said AZ injections could start again from today. Until a couple of weeks ago it was only authorised for under 65s. Today they said only those over 55 could have it. Luckily Jean Castex, the PM who vowed yesterday to have an AZ vaccine in public today, turned 55 last year. What a mess. I know there are uncertainties in science, but if they'd been trying to make French people more vaccine hesitant they couldn't have done better. And now there are more lockdowns (not here though). The road out of lockdown is long and winding.
