Busy day, after a poor nights sleep - lots of anxiety and strange pains for nothing particular, except I worried they were symptoms of a heart attack (I think I've got more worried about this sort of thing since my friend's death)...

Anyway, a lovely potter in the warm sunshine at lunchtime :)

Phew!  Thank goodness its the weekend :)
