Blowing in the wind

It was so windy when I went out to find my blip that the rhododendron bush was in constant sway and I feared I wouldn't be able to get a clear shot of these beauties.  Fortunately, I must have caught this one between blows.

I ran into Roselie in the lobby when I came in and we agreed that, now that we're both fully vaccinated, it will be safe to get together.  So I'll be going up to her place next week to watch the video of The Civil War, which she has never managed to see before.  That will take quite a few visits to finish.

My other task for the day has been cutting vegetables for the stew.  A lot of work, but the end product is so good.
