Over the very big hill.

We drove over to Takaka today.
Over the very big Takaka hill! It’s a very windy steep road but easy driving and great views.
Haven’t been that way for around 15 years.
Was busy in the Main Street with the Saturday market on etc.
We ended up at Tata beach for the afternoon, another favourite spot. Dave kayaked again and I totally relaxed on the beach and had a few swims.

Pic is of the Takaka Chemist shop. It reminded me of my Dads first chemist shop in Coromandel, where I was born , 56 years ago.
