Building fences

I think somewhere in the text book it comes under the chapter of "Progress". The piece of ground to the right of this fence is a remembrance garden of the Crawshay family. To those of you who know any Welsh industrial history it is dedicated, to one of the dynasty of Ironmasters from Merthyr. It contains a small replica of Cleopatra's needle and for many years remained hidden by the overgrown undergrowth. Recently the undergrowth was removed so that part of its ground could be removed to widen the pavement for a cycle path.
The site is only just a few yards up from yesterdays Blip, but unlike yesterday, today something was happening.
