One des-res and a fixer upper?

We've had a morning out in the garden preparing for the contractors to arrive at the end of next week. In the midst of this I realised one of the bird boxes was looking dilapidated and about to fall off the tree it was on.  It is in the extra.   One of those I've started so I'll finish jobs as the wood is getting quite brittle and I've had to glue repairs over a couple of splits ... but it might do another year?    The other box (main blip) is in much better condition and just needed a minor clean out. 

Hopefully, someone will take a liking to one or the other.
