Allotment 'fence-renewal'

Yet another glorious day here in Edinburgh - I'd luckily planned to spend the whole morning at our Saughton Allotment, and cycled there fairly early ...

... subsequently, there wasn't another soul around and the whole site felt remarkably peaceful :-)

After last Saturday's 'borders renewal', today was allocated to some 'fence-renewal' - thus all the old wood in the foreground of the main snap! 1st extra shows the view from behind the (still) new pond - which already has a resident frog! 2nd extra showing the brazier being put to good use :-)
