Once again, geocaching had taught me something about where I live. A couple of weeks ago a puzzle was published based on Francis "Tanky" Smith, Leicester's first private detective. I solved the puzzle but didn't have the opportunity to go & try and find it. I'm based in the city during the day for a couple of weeks, so I made the most of the lunchtime sunshine & went for a wander. I didn't fancy scrabbling round the floor in work clothes, so I didn't really look very hard for the cache, but I did take a picture of some of his disguises.
