Polar swimmer

Bea had seen blips of polar swimmers and decided to give it a go.
This morning she went to the little pond ( plant pot pond).
She was very astonished, that there was a layer of ice on it even though the sun was shining. She even spotted a snow flake on the ice. She tried to make a snowman - a very tiny one :-)
But than the ice broke and the frosty water wiped the snow away.
Bea decided  to leave, too. It was much too cold for her. 
Apparently polar swimming is only for cool folks like cool Beewriter :-)

I had an early up to to do the weekly shopping before the store iwould be full. After the normal routine, I had a short walk with Teba and Omo to show Teba the newborn lambs. The peacocks from next door put on an impressive show. On the way home, the smell of freshly baked waffles seduced us. So we baked waffles at home too. Yummy. It was a long time ago that we did this. We then continued to add Corona words to her speech computer. It will take some time until this is done. Teba almost fell asleep while she was blipping. And once again it was too late for your journals...
