Good stuff:

VW passed MOT with no problems.
Managed to hit the goal on the fuelband for the 60th day.
Mini's electrical fault found and fixed.

Bad stuff:

Some friends of mine Dad died today... big family with six kids and although the mum and dad were in there 80's all still very close. I have known them all since i was a teenager. The loss of anyone is rubbish no matter what age
