Green Mandarin Goby

This goby has the most beautiful colors of all the fish in my husband's aquarium. I wish that I had taken a better shot, but the clock is inching toward midnight. I am too tired to do a re-shoot.
Today was the real birthday, complete with flowers, balloons, family, and food. This has been the longest that I have ever celebrated a birthday, and I feel pretty puffed up with all the love. It has been extra special to be able to celebrate with my daughter and her family.
Today was also the opening day of Cache Across Maryland, an annual geocaching event. We were able to complete two of the required ten and enjoyed a couple of very nice hikes.
