An old motor at Gloucester Docks

I drove in to the dock area but there was an atmosphere of 'you are not welcome here'. So I poked my camera through the car window at this old motor set in an old industrial landscape. I didn't have any change to park outside so I'll have to return another day.

I've no idea what marque this car is. Possibly an Austin Seven from the 1920s-30s?
