Wading bird

We had to go down to Chichester today to get Mr DA jabbed and collect something I'd bought online, so we decided to go to Bosham on the way back for our daily exercise. It was lovely down there: warm, sunny and Spring-like, and the ice cream van was doing a roaring, socially distanced trade (we did our bit to help out). It was low tide when we arrived so we were able to walk across the causeway. This swan was finding the mudflats a bit heavy going, though! In Extras is Bosham itself and some of the Brent geese.
