Knowing Me, Knowing You

The alpacas posed in an ABBAesque way today.

Nearly 6.5 miles walked and 61 flights of stairs climbed apparently (according to my phone). Walked to town in order to accompany MrH for his first Covid vaccine jab. He was surprisingly in and out of the place super quick and they didn't seem to monitor him at all afterwards. 

Felt tired after the walk but better for it and hoping I can get my fitness back up to speed over the next couple of weeks.Quickly called into the supermarket on the way home and got some fresh veg (trying to eat healthier for post jab nurture - just in case it is needed).

If you look closely at the photo you'll see the alpacas have an audience!

Nice to see some sunshine and some fantastic views today. 

My right hip hurt a bit when I was trying to navigate stiles today which was surprising but I suspect it's a direct result of missing two regular yoga classes recently. I plan to make up for that tomorrow evening!
