Another sign of spring?

Tier 5 - Day 76

I've blipped one of these post box 'hats' before. They are still popular but this one in Ewell village takes it to another level. I've seen it there for a couple of weeks now but parked up today to take a photo.
I'm presuming it's put there to celebrate  spring, but equally it could be there to acknowledge Easter is coming too.
